Data we collect

• Contact and enquiry data: your name, email, phone number, website, budget range and message when you fill in a form or book a call.
• Client data: information needed to deliver our services, such as access to analytics, Google Business Profile or ad accounts you grant us.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use your data

• To reply to enquiries and prepare audits or proposals you ask for (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
• To deliver and report on services we are contracted to provide (contract).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
• To understand how our website is used and improve it (consent, via analytics cookies).
• To send occasional marketing emails, only where you have agreed or are an existing client, with an unsubscribe link in every email.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, CRM, scheduling and analytics providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus 6 years to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To make a request, email hello@nexranking.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
